Prescriptions are generally issued by computer. If you take medication regularly please ask your doctor whether this should be prescribed as a computerised repeat prescription. You will then have a tear-off request slip with details of your medication.
To order a repeat prescription you should indicate which items you require and then either bring the tear off slip to the surgery or send it together with a S.A.E.
Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple registration.
We regret we cannot usually accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions as these can lead to mistakes.
PLEASE NOTE: When a prescription needs to be collected from the Surgery. Prescriptions will NOT be given out to anyone aged 15 years old or younger.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
