  • See patients who require urgent appointments on the same day.
  • Provide appointments with your own doctor, where possible
  • Be open, with restricted hours, at weekends. Details will be available on the recorded telephone message
  • Operate a practice Complaints Procedure
  • Always endeavour to treat you with courtesy and consideration

We would like you to:

  • Normally request home visits by 11:00
  • Remember that night visit requests, between the hours of midnight and 7am, should be for serious medical emergencies only.
  • Inform us if you change address or telephone number etc.
  • Make constructive suggestions for improving the service we provide.
  • Always endeavour to treat us with courtesy and consideration.
